I did not receive my order and I have been asking when it will be shipped and no one is responding.

Decent product. Awful customer service. Lied about shipping location.

I bought this as it was a reasonable price and is a good product. However, I was very disappointed when the company shipped my product from Hong Kong when their shipping terms says that for U.K. orders they will ship from their “U.K. Warehouse in London”. I ended up having a bill from FedEx for £66 in taxes and duties. Feel scammed by this company and they won’t even reply to any of my communications.

Small and powerful

Only use speed 3. Helps to relieve pressure off my slipped disk on my lower left waist.

Also use it on my belly area, hopefully can help with burning fats.

Hope battery can last till end of warranty.

The appearance design and manufacturing process are very beautiful.

I have bought many of these small massagers on the market before. When I received them, they didn't feel very good, and sometimes they hurt my hands. When I received mini2, I liked it very much, and could hardly pick any defects.
